You know what they say..."one mans trash is another mans treasure"... well done, I am yet to find something great thats been put out in the street, but I am looking!!!
Wow, what a find but how could anyone throw them out. A few months ago I found a lovely set of stained glass windows in a skip and the owner told me I could have them. I have nowhere to use them yet but couldn't leave them to be smashed up in a skip. Ann x
I know... How could anyone think that these are utter trash, surely they've at least noticed the rise in popularity of charity stores,it has been on the news and the word vintage gets thrown around like no-ones business not to mention that its "green" they could have given them away.
It amazes me what people throw out. I found the most amazing sideboard today at the op shop - I did resist but think I will have to go back. This book collection is a beauty great job. Sandy x
